How to Install Your Sign

WaterJet Cut Aluminum Signs

Step 1: Align your template in the desired location with a level, then tape it in place.

Step 2: Drill holes according to the template.  Use an 12/64″ drill bit.  Blow out any debris

Step 3: Simply thread the studs into the predrilled and threaded holes on the back of your sign. Do not over tighten.  Slide a spacer over each stud.

Step 4: Squeeze a tiny bit of adhesive like PL Premium into each hole you drilled (only need a small amount as the stud occupies most of the space).  Gently push the plaque into the holes, lightly tapping all around.  Step back and check alignment.
